Your fabric enquiry contact

Mr Kcal is Fred Textile's published International Business contact. Email mrkcal@fredtextile.com or use WhatsApp +1 818 262 0958. This site uses that contact throughout its sourcing resources. Visit https://fredtextile.com/contact/ for Fred's published contact information. Begin with a short project description and say which decision you need help making next.

Four details for a useful first message

Describe the intended garment, fabric direction, approximate quantity and reference you already have. A coat development with a physical swatch needs a different discussion from an early colour concept. State the stage: feasibility, sampling, quotation or repeat order. If you need help defining the material, explain the appearance and hand feel you want rather than guessing a construction name.

Add specifications without guessing

Include composition, construction, weight with its unit, total or usable width, colour allocation and specification revision where known. Label a preferred value as a buyer target. Write not decided for unresolved information. A missing value is not zero, and a reference image does not prove fibre composition, performance or availability. Identify which attributes your reference is intended to communicate.

Prepare, review and send

The brief builder creates text for your review. Copying, downloading or printing does not send an enquiry. Email and WhatsApp actions open the corresponding application with a general opening. Paste the project content you choose to share, select your own attachments and actively send it in that application. Check the recipient and message preview before sending, especially when using a shared device.

Choose references and private details

List attachments by name, date and purpose. Link a swatch photograph to its physical sample ID. Share only material you have permission to disclose, and remove customer names or financial information that the current sourcing question does not need. An attachment list records the files you intend to send yourself; listing a file does not attach or transmit it.

Ask about the next project step

Request a reply on feasibility, required references, sampling choices and the conditions for a quotation. Timing, sample charges, quantity conditions and delivery arrangements depend on the selected programme. Keep requested timing separate from a supplier-confirmed schedule. When a response arrives, update the brief with the source and date, leaving unrelated questions open until they are answered.

Your reviewable message

Use the message below as a starting point and replace brackets with known details. For site-operation or privacy questions, identify the issue as a China Fabric Supplier website matter so it can be routed to Allot Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Clearing a tool draft cannot withdraw a message already sent in email or WhatsApp.
