Drafts in page memory
The brief, quotation, sample and question tools keep draft entries in page memory by default. You can use them without entering a contact name or reply email. Draft fields may contain commercial information. Use an appropriate device and review the complete output before copying, downloading or printing it.
Reference images selected in the brief are displayed locally through a browser object URL. They are not uploaded or stored in a saved session draft. The local preview is lost when you refresh or leave the page.
Optional session saving
If you actively choose to retain a draft in this tab, the tool uses sessionStorage with a 30-minute expiry. It is not a permanent project archive. Use the clear-draft control to remove a retained draft. Avoid saving on a shared device and retain your own exported copy for a longer project record.
Your decision to share
Generating, copying, downloading or printing a draft does not submit it to Fred or place an order. Contact links carry a general opening rather than inserting your full brief or private information in a URL. If you paste and send project text in email or WhatsApp, the selected information leaves the browser through that service.
External services and recipients
Email providers, WhatsApp and Fred's website process information under their own arrangements. Inspect recipients and attachments before sending. Clearing a local draft does not retract a sent message or delete a downloaded file. Requests concerning a message already sent should be directed to the recipient or relevant service.
Website access and preferences
Requesting a page sends ordinary connection information to the hosting infrastructure. Tool draft bodies, quoted prices, contact details and approval comments are not intended for analytics events or URL parameters. Non-personal interface choices may be retained as enum identifiers for up to 30 days. They do not contain your free-text project information.
Requests and notice version
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information you chose to share. Identify the enquiry, recipient and approximate date. Retention of externally sent correspondence depends on its recipient and purpose; this website does not promise deletion from another service. Notice version: 4 October 2026. Revisit this page when deciding how to share a new project.
